Eisenhower says ‘the supreme quality for a leader is unquestionably integrity.’Intuition is one of the most important qualities too ;when your team is making a way through uncharted places, and there is no guidance on what to do- the higher the risk, the higher the pressure-, that is where and when your tuition should kick in.And Your team will look to you whenever you are thrown into a new scenario.Leaders are those who keep their teams’dreams afloat, highly motivated towards the continued success, and being positive in every task they embark upon.
